Singlelicious Boot Camp – Wed. Aug. 5th
Punk Rock Boot Camp may have taken a reprieve from the heat yesterday, but we will resume our scheduled programming for Singlelicious Boot Camp on Wednesday, Aug. 5 from 7 – 8 p.m. at Studio X. Register online for this strength and sports conditioning class which will focus on agility drills, functional strength moves, integrated balance and reactive training. That’s a whole lotta words for put on your gym clothes and come break a sweat with us. This class is for all fitness levels, so please don’t be shy. We hope to see you there!
